  • Professional crews (W-2), ongoing training, safety gear, lifts; strong liability/comp insurance; premium chemicals; full office staff; guaranteed workmanship; taxes/permits; high service standards. You’re buying reliability, safety, and results.

Why are some companies cheaper than others?

  • Cutting corners: uninsured or under-insured labor, no training/safety, high-pressure on siding/roof, no prep or protection, no office support, disappearing after payment, bait-and-switch pricing. The risk often outweighs the savings.

Where do GSS prices fall?

Upper-mid: We’re not the cheapest; we’re a professional, insured operation with OSHA 30 trained techs and guarantees. Most projects land within the ranges below depending on size/soil/access.

Typical Price Ranges

  • House soft wash (siding): $350–$900 (larger/premium: $1,200+)

  • Roof soft wash: $450–$1,500

  • Exterior windows (≈25): $250–$350 · In/Out: $450–$600

  • Gutter cleaning: $199–$350 (large/complex: $400–$600)

  • Driveway (2–4 car): $250–$600

  • Patio (200–500 sf): $150–$500

  • Pool furniture shrink-wrap (set): $399–$600

Industry packaging & levels

  • Single-service: one-off wash/clean (good for first-timers).

  • Bundles: House + Windows + Gutters (best value; one mobilization).

  • Memberships: quarterly or seasonal visits; guarantees; priority scheduling; per-visit price typically 10–20% lower than one-off.

Lifetime cost vs. initial price

  • Regular soft washing and gutter/window care extends surface/roof life and prevents water intrusion.
